Brilliant :) honestly has took my mpg up about 7-8, along with increasing bottom end torque so driving is a lot smoother, when I use to drive at 70 on the motorways I use to be at 3k now it's only at 2.4k :) very pleased with the results

Thanks mate. Interesting - especially the mpg.

I've had my zs tdci 90 from new and put 80k on it in that time. Use it as a boring get to work car. Average 42-44mpg which is alot less than I expected, I drive 45 miles to work and its mainly dual carriageways.

I change the oil every 5k and its got a full service history with ford, just had the cambelt and clutch done today. So it's well looked after with no problems.

I've bought an EGR blanking plate but the access to fit it is a nightmare!!
